I HAD A DREAM LAST NIGHT THAT WE DROVE OUT TO SEE LAS VEGAS
we lost ourselves in the bright lights i wish you could have seen us

lily is a tulpa, which is a thought or idea come to life from sheer thought power alone. she was manifested by a young boy who was lonely after his best friend moved away. her form is a perfected version of the young boy's best friend. she's been on this earthly plane for ten years, but her body and voice resembles that of a woman in her early to mid-twenties, because she aged alongside her creator. as the boy grew into manhood, he cared less and less for lily so she became more independent and less of a life-size play doll. she watched a lot of tv when the boy was gone, and so she's adapted a sort of sarcastic attitude not unlike most teenagers on tv, although the hopeless optimist that she was born as still resides in her. when her creator left for college, he also left lily at home, where he hid her in his closet so noone would accidentally see her. however, a few days after he went off, lily ran off too. not for any reason but sheer boredom. now that she's experiencing human life, she doubts she'll ever come back to her old life.

if lily had her way, everyone would be her friend. honestly. the show that was constantly on during school hours was leave it to beaver and bewitched, so you can see where she got that skewed vision of hers. she's incredibly sweet and borderline stupidly trusting. she's only had one friend in her short life and lily's mission in her life is to make more. she's not very loyal, because she's never had a reason to be. as long as you can sit there and listen to her squeal about her favorite shows (doctor sexy m.d. and ghostfacers, may it rest in peace), you're good to go.

let's put a ten on the high card nd spend a summer on the west coast

anyone giving lily a hard time would probably be met with a confused look and a ''why are you doing that?'' i honestly have no clue as to a good reason why lily would have enemies, but if you've got a good reason, bring it on!

when all I ever wanted was to dream another sunset with you

hm. lily's unsure of were she stands on romance. technically, she was (pershaps still is) in a relationship for years, but she wasn't treated to dates or real compassion. she's unsure about her sexuality too. she has had sex, but she was just doing what she was supposed to. she didn't find it that interesting after it was done, either.
