She thought it was all over, she thought she was beyond the struggle of existence anymore, that's when Bast found her. As much as Ruby wanted to just lie down and let her fate be her fate she thought of Sam, knowing he now would be facing off against Lucifer and it was all her fault, so she agreed to serve the Goddess for one more chance at life, only this time she wouldn't have her demonic powers and be something she hadn't been in well over 600 years....a human.
Friends
She has hardly any of these right now, she played the game of betrayal and lost and now she needs them more than ever. Thing is as a human she'll be wary of anyone coming into her life, she knows she doesn't have the upper hand anymore.
Enemies
Plenty of these if you are a demon she used to hunt them en mass with the Winchesters, Hunters might know how she led Sam around and betrayed him, anything else might just hate her on principal.
Lovers
Maybe a night or two to really feel what it is like to be human again, perhaps something more, she's just scared right now so she'll hide behind that sarcastic tongue of hers.
